We are looking for an experienced and caring Team Leader to join our team of Support Staff at one of our Residential Homes to deliver 1-1 support to young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs/challenging behaviour. You will receive specific training tailored to the needs of the people you support, with guidance from an experienced Registered Manager and an Internal PBS specialist that will help you develop your skills further. We provide additional training to help you achieve your ambitions with genuine opportunities for career progression within an established and growing care provider.
