Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking sales executives/account managers for their brand new offices in Chester Business Park.
They work with a variety of different customers throughout the UK, and tailor their service to maximise the opportunity of product offerings.
They particularly pride themselves on achieving quality rather than quantity, hence there is an Account Manager nature to dealing with customers rather than a fast trigger approach, which makes the role more interesting and engaging to build relationships with prospective clients, by undertaking a consultative sales approach.
They are seeking ambitious, driven and motivated Sales Executives who will account manage a portfolio of customers, using a consultative approach to making outbound calls and sending emails and follow-ups to prospective clients.
You may have previous telemarketing/sales experience, however they are also keen to speak with people without prior experience who have a strong ability to engage with customers and enjoy talking to people and building relationships. Internal training is provided and they believe that experience while beneficial, is not always necessary, and it is more about the right attitude and being able to engage well with customers and colleagues alike. Main Duties:
1. Meeting set KPI and result focused targets by outbound ‘sales’ calling & occasionally emailing companies offering products and services that they may require
2. Maintain relationships by dealing directly with clients daily
3. Account management, including but not limited to, processing results, booking in meetings, arranging site visits, calendar management
The Ideal candidate:
4. Will be a confident and well organised individual with a can-do attitude
5. Have experience using computers, including Microsoft Excel
6. Will have telesales experience or equivalent customer service experience in a customer oriented industry of any type
7. Strong ability to overcome objections
8. Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
9. Ability to manage your own workload
Benefits:
£23,000p/a + Commission Bonus OTE IRO up to £28,000
10. Commission Bonus based on quarterly performance (Up to £1200 per quarter)
