The Role
Our client is a well-established family-run business with ambitious growth plans, supplying telecommunications and cabling to large blue-chip companies globally.
Due to their continued growth, they are currently looking to expand their customer service team and are looking for an experienced customer service advisor.
This critical role provides excellent customer service to clients, both internal and external, so great communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
Responsibilities include answering incoming and making outgoing calls, speaking with customers and clients to plan and arrange jobs for engineers to be on site.
Prioritising and scheduling the team's workloads is essential, and the ability to multi-task and organise schedules is paramount.
The Person
You will have worked and gained invaluable experience within a busy customer service office, have excellent communication skills, and fully understand how to provide the highest levels of customer service to both internal and external clients.
Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and Office 365 packages, a positive and motivated attitude to work, and being a great team player are essential.
