Salary: £65k - £90k depending on experience

Ntegra is seeking a talented and experienced consultant or technology professional with core competencies in Business Analysis, working closely with our Platform Engineering and Product Engineering teams on full SDLC, end-to-end projects, and on client-side consulting roles.
In this role, you will work on a variety of client projects soliciting and translating complex business and technical requirements into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Initial Project Responsibilities
The successful candidate will represent Ntegra as a Senior or Principal consultant, initially working client-side with our client in the financial services industry. Industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and document them in a clear, actionable format for the development team.
* Analyse and document the client’s current business processes, recommending improvements or changes based on project goals.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring both client stakeholders and Ntegra developers/engineers have a shared understanding of project goals.
* Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes to guide the development process.
* Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Teams to refine backlog items.
* Facilitate the change management process by assessing impacts of new features or modifications and ensuring smooth adoption by client teams.
* Identify and communicate potential risks and dependencies within client projects, proposing mitigation strategies when necessary.
* Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to clarify requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
* Most importantly, providing expert advice and creating or enhancing frameworks for the capture and organisation of business processes and requirements whereby the client’s processes and methodologies require enhancement.
Technical Skill Requirements
* Knowledge of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies.
* Hands-on experience working in Agile teams and participating in or facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Stand-ups, Grooming, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
* Ability to define and manage Product Backlogs, Epics, Features, and User Stories in Agile environments.
* Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and software deployment cycles in modern software engineering practices is desirable.
* Ability to interpret and translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders
Other Skill Requirements
* Confidently engages with senior stakeholders, including resolving issues and identifying new opportunities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Other useful Education/Experience
* Consultancy or client facing experience desirable, or the proven ability to confidently communicate with senior stakeholders.
* Experience with the SDLC and working directly with software developers and technical teams
* Experience in working with either the public sector, or highly regulated private sector environments
* Much of our client work is in the defence sector so the candidate must be eligible to apply, or already hold, SC Clearance.
