My client is currently recruiting a Temporary Recruitment Coordinator for a period of 6 – 8 weeks.
The role would suit someone who comes from a recruitment, resourcing, or HR background.
Essential duties of the opportunity include:
1. Confident on the phone
2. Happy to review applications, go through a clear pre-screening process on the phone with candidates, taking thorough notes
3. Initial stage interviews
4. Conduct Teams interviews with candidates, again with thorough notes
5. Support with compliance
6. Conducting references
This opportunity is based in Alcester on-site 5 days a week.
Working hours a week are between 37.5 – 40 hours, from 08.00 – 16.30, Monday to Friday.
