This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor to join one of the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists in our increasingly busy site in Bristol.
As a Customer Service Advisor you are the face of our Bodyshop. Working on reception, you are responsible for booking customer cars in for repair/attention. Duties include: preparing job cards and files, maintaining an efficient and effective system for associated paperwork, providing vehicle progress reports, arranging and allocating courtesy cars, and collecting payment.
The most important part of the Customer Service Advisor's job is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. It’s your job to liaise between the customer, the Bodyshop and any 3rd parties to ensure each and every customer has a first-class service. You will have excellent customer facing experience with strong administration and IT skills. You'll also need a full UK Manual driving licence.
