Tradewind Recruitment are collaborating with a SEMH school in South Lincolnshire that supports pupils aged 11 - 16 years old. The school are seeking a long-term candidate to motivate students to participate and take ownership in their learning. The role starts after February half term and lasts until at least Easter (likely longer). The responsibilities of the role include: Assist with planning activities and prepare resources for students. Work with pupils with challenging behaviour and defuse situations. Monitor students needs and provide feedback for other staff members. Promote development and learning opportunities for students that build self-esteem and independence. Supervise children over break and lunch periods. Be able to handle difficult situations by remain calm. Build familiarity with EHCPs of the pupils you're working with 1:1 During your time at Tradewind Recruitment we will support you with the following: Access to over 2,000 CPD Training provided by the National College Supportive and excellent service from Tradewind Recruitment.
