Hire Desk Controller - Burton
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers
Take equipment hire and sales enquiries via telephone and/or email from internal (Sales team members) and external customers
Check availability of equipment internally
Check availability of transport to meet delivery and collection requirements
Process Hire & Sale orders
Process equipment returns through the Company’s computer system
Take ownership of and deal with / resolve customer queries in a professional manner
Essentials:
Construction / Hire / Builders Merchant Experience
Experience handling volume orders
Customer service skills
Problem Solving Abilities
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products, especially Word & Excel
