We're seeking a dynamic individual to continue the development of our West-Wales business using our in house developed ‘Struct-Report’ software.
As a key player in the business, you'll be navigating a diverse landscape of properties, ensuring client success and fostering stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting ‘in the field’ structural inspections of residential/commercial properties and infrastructure.
2. Identifying structural issues, performing diagnosis and recommending solutions.
3. Using our inhouse developed bespoke ‘Struct-Report’ to produce automated client reports.
4. Build client relationships and help identify business opportunities.
5. Eventual growth to Regional Manager leading a team of Engineers.
Desired Qualifications/Skills:
1. 3+ years of Civil/Structural Engineer experience.
2. Chartered/Near Chartered Engineer status is ideal.
3. Experience in Residential/Commercial property.
4. Experience in the design of common structural materials as well as understanding of current design standards/working practices.
5. Proficiency in creating and managing reports.
6. Comfortable with stakeholder management.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills that can support our client relationships.
8. You should have the ability to make decisions, act on your own initiative and operate in a pro-active way.
9. Driver’s license and own vehicle.
10. Previous experience in Commercial/property/building/infrastructure surveillance, inspection and reporting would be highly regarded.
