The Opportunity The Strategic Partnerships channel is critical to Epos Now’s growth. The EMEA Partnerships Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for resellers, providing end-to-end support and driving account growth and retention. Success in this role will be measured by account growth, customer retention, and revenue generation. What You’ll Be Doing (the nitty gritty) Account Management: Serve as the dedicated point of contact for reseller accounts, ensuring excellent customer service and effective outcomes. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with resellers and their customers, identifying opportunities to maximize the value of the Epos Now system. Develop and implement account plans to outline future revenue and growth opportunities. Track reseller inventory levels and shipments to increase upfront revenue. Conduct software demos and training for partners and prospective clients. Operational Excellence: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including contact information, cases, and opportunities. Follow established processes and provide feedback for improvement. Escalate cases to the appropriate departments as necessary. Ensure correct subscriptions, timely invoicing, and accurate reseller end-user industry data. Training and Support: Deliver onboarding and product training to new partners. Maintain the Partnership Hub with updated content for partners. Develop a "train the trainer" model to empower resellers to manage implementation and Tier 1 support for their clients. Troubleshoot integration issues with Epos Now and third-party software partners. Productivity and Reporting: Respond to all reseller communications and escalate cases the same day. Regularly report on performance metrics and address blockers. Maintain up-to-date Salesforce reports and performance trackers. engagement.
