This role is part of our Support at Home Service, covering the South Lakes area in Cumbria.
Support at Home is a 365 day a year, 7 day a week, 24-hour service. This will include weekend and Bank Holiday rotas. Typically, our shifts run between the hours of 7am – 10pm.

We have opportunities for caring and compassionate people to join our Care Services Westmorland and Furness team in South Lakes, as Reablement Support Workers.
Our Reablement Team, work with people who have been identified as having reablement needs to enable them to achieve identified outcomes; supporting them to retain as much independence as possible and remain living within their local community in their own home environment.
About the role
As a Reablement Support Worker your role is to enable individuals to remain in their own homes, supporting their recovery after a stay in hospital.
You will get the opportunity to know people individually, supporting their recovery and wellbeing, providing physical and emotional care, whilst assisting them to remain as independent as possible within their own homes ensuring that reablement outcomes are met in accordance with their person centred, strength based reablement plan.
No experience or qualifications are needed to get started. We will help and support you with fully paid training and development – we are looking for the right people, with the right qualities.
