Hoop Professional Services and HR are delighted to be partnering with one of our valued clients in their search for an experienced HR Officer. This part-time role, based on-site in Llansamlet, offers 24 hours per week with flexible working patterns and a salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (pro rata, dependent on experience). Key Responsibilities:
Support the People function across the organisation
Facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes
Provide advice and guidance to managers and stakeholders on HR best practices
Support managers with disciplinary and grievance processes
Manage absence and sickness processes effectively
Contribute to HR projects, including EDI and employee engagement initiatives
Provide HRIS support and assist with maintaining HR systems
Advise on HR policies and proceduresTo be successful in this role, you should have previous experience advising managers on HR best practices and managing employee relations (ER) cases. You will need to demonstrate the ability to manage a varied workload and deliver results effectively. While a CIPD qualification is desirable, it is not essential.
Initial shortlisting will take place on Friday, 27th December, with interviews scheduled for the beginning of January.
