What We’re Looking For Experience : Extensive knowledge of property insurance (both commercial and consumer), customer service excellence, and compliance with FCA obligations. Leadership Skills : Proven people management experience to lead both direct and indirect reports effectively. Technical Proficiency : Strong skills in Microsoft applications and excellent verbal and written communication. Qualifications : Minimum GCSE passes in English and Math (or equivalent), with A-Levels preferred. What’s In It For You?
