Job Title: 2nd Line Application Support
Location: Hitchin (full-time onsite)

Role Overview: As a 2nd Line Application Support Analyst, you will provide technical support for web and mobile applications to business partners and end-users. You will engage with customers promptly to document details of their cases, issues, or requests, and work collaboratively with the wider Support team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 2nd line support via ticketing systems
* Update systems/documentation with relevant information
* Work closely with stakeholders to guide system changes, fixes and developments
* Escalate complex issues to Application Specialists where applicable
* Deliver training and advice on mobile and web applications
Key Skills & Requirements:
* Previous experience in supporting wither TotalMobile Mobilise, TotalMobile Connect or Trimble Fieldview
* Experience working with ServiceNow
* 3+ years' experience within a similar role
* Database experience- SQL/MySQL
