Senior Sales Support

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support and Administration: Work closely with the sales team to manage daily tasks, ensuring all systems are updated, and support the seamless running of the sales operations.
2. Quote Preparation and Order Management: Prepare and send accurate quotes to customers, process orders, and manage the Click and Collect counter.
3. Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries professionally through phone, email (Freshdesk), and social media channels, providing timely and comprehensive responses.
4. Cross-Department Liaison: Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and provide timely feedback to ensure the highest level of service.
5. Reporting and Analysis: Conduct data analysis, generate reports, and track key performance metrics to support decision-making.
6. Continuous Improvement: Act as a key point of contact for process improvements, utilizing your experience to drive efficiencies across the team.
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Sales and Customer Service Expertise: Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing or administrative support role within a sales environment.
2. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail to ensure processes are executed flawlessly.
3. Effective Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to manage inquiries professionally and share valuable customer feedback with internal teams.
4. Basic Excel Skills: Experience creating and analysing spreadsheets to track and report on data.
5. Multi-tasking & Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
6. Problem Solver: Ability to confidently say no when necessary, while providing solutions that align with the business’s goals.
7. Experience with Freshdesk (advantageous).
