Paragon Resource Solutions are working with a large local authority in Norwich who are looking to recruit an experienced office administrator to join their team on a full - time temp-perm basis initially through Paragon. Hourly rate £12.84 per hour based on a 37 hour week. £24k per annum 8am-4pm Monday - Friday Main Duties - General administration within an environmental and building maintenance division. - Signing off jobs on the system. - Fleet support - Dealing with job completion queries. - Some customer service and complaint handling. - Must have good IT skills and previous experience working in an office environment. Skills required - Good IT in particular Excel and spreadsheets. - Good customer service and phone skills.
