Objectives of this role
Developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives, target audiences and budgets.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral that aligns with the brand's tone and positioning.
Conducting market research and analysing consumer insights to identify target audience segments, preferences and behaviours.
Tracking campaign performance, analysing data and metrics and providing actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimisation.

Required skills and qualifications
A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field.
2+ years as a campaign manager, marketing manager or a similar role.
Proven experience in campaign management and marketing with a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns.
Demonstrable portfolio in managing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing software, post schedulers and web analytic tools.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, campaign development and digital marketing channels.
Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and optimise campaign performance.
Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Excellent writing, communication and organisational skills, with proficiency in the relevant software such as Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Creativity and strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing campaigns that stand out in the market.
Preferred skills and qualifications
A master's degree in marketing, business administration or a related field.
Relevant certifications in digital marketing or campaign management.
Experience in the market or familiarity with diverse consumer landscape.
Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems for campaign execution and lead management.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, SMM and other strategies.
Proficiency in using analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.
