Job Description As a Stockroom Assistant, you are responsible for all stockroom operations to optimise the retail business and enhance efficiency of the selling process to drive commercial success You are flexible, pro-active and enjoy stock management, as well as maintaining the effective overall stock flow and storage process to improve and speed up the customer experience. You’ll be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels. Organising and maintaining the stockroom to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of products. Checking and verifying incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality control and assisting in the replenishment of the stock on the sales floor. As Bicester is one of our biggest stores, you’ll not only be responsible for our onsite stockroom standards, but you’ll also be based at our offsite stockroom around 80% of the time managing door to floor efficiency
