Job Overview
Parkdean Resorts is seeking a skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the Holiday Homes and park facilities are well-maintained and safe for our guests.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance and repair, with experience in plumbing, electrical work, and grounds maintenance. You will also possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
In this role, you will be expected to perform a range of tasks, including:
* Building Maintenance: Carry out repairs and maintenance on Holiday Homes and park buildings, ensuring all work meets high standards and health & safety guidelines.
* Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the park's grounds, including fencing, laying slabs, turfing, and tending to flower beds.
* Guest Service: Provide excellent guest service by resolving queries and minimizing disruptions to their stay.
* Safety and Health: Ensure all areas of the park are clean, tidy, and hazard-free, reporting any issues as needed.
