LabX Media Group, a global leader in science publishing and laboratory marketplace services, is seeking a motivated Marketing Operations Assistant to support our marketing initiatives across multiple brands. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you will assist in campaign execution, data management, and social media reporting, ensuring that marketing efforts run smoothly across the board. If you’re passionate about marketing and ready to grow in a collaborative environment, this role is for you Responsibilities: Provide daily support to our brands, troubleshooting marketing issues and escalating when necessary. Work closely with business operations teams to maintain accurate data and ensure up-to-date reporting. Develop and document processes and training materials to educate marketing staff on best practices, tools, and technologies. Maintain a healthy HubSpot platform by monitoring limits and completing regular clean-up initiatives. Manage paid social media campaigns. Experience & Skills: Previous experience using HubSpot platform Previous experience supporting with the management of paid social media campaigns Experience of support with daily marketing troubleshooting, issues and escalating them when necessary A minimum of 1 years practical experience working in a marketing capacity is desirable Application Procedure: To apply, please submit your application through our recruitment platform.
