This Cumbernauld based company is an expert in sports surface construction and renovation. They provide natural turf, hybrid, and artificial sports surfaces across a range of sports. Services include irrigation and drainage, focusing on offering sustainable solutions for clients, drawing on Group expertise within sustainable drainage, blue/green roofs, and rain gardens.
Hours of Work: 7am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (Overtime, some required during peak summer months)
Travel: Some working away from home may be required subject to project locations.
Job Type: Full-time
Main Duties:
1. Ensure the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of company contracts and projects to achieve business goals.
2. Ensure all allocated projects and works are carried out effectively and completed on time and on budget.
3. Operate plant and machinery associated with the sports turf industry.
4. Ensure adherence to all H&S regulations to keep colleagues and the public safe throughout project delivery.
5. Effectively communicate with all colleagues and work as part of a team.
6. Willingness to work away from home when requested.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Relevant plant and machinery accreditations.
2. Experience in groundworks and/or civils works.
3. Driving license.
As part of company KPIs, further training would be made available for any number of job-relevant qualifications to allow progression in the role.
