The Company
My client is a business based just outside Wetherby looking for a Finance Manager to join the team and take ownership of all management accounting month end duties for the division. The FMCG business is in a position which will see the successful applicant encouraged to progress quickly and take on more responsibilities.
The Role
This role will see the post holder contribute to the production of the financial reporting for the business. This role will also involve the successful candidate producing MI analysis for use by the board of directors. You will have ownership of the month end and business partner stakeholder to help influence business decisions.
In order to be considered for this role you must:
1. Be ideally ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
2. Have proven business partnering experience.
3. Have proven experience of producing the monthly management accounts.
4. Have a strong commercial awareness and an interest to develop this further
5. Have good IT skills including Excel
6. Be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate financial information to non finance management
