This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic, creative, practical, and analytical individual to join us fulfilling a key role within our business which is pivotal to the effectiveness of our internal processes, general daily operations and ongoing expansion. Reporting to the Group Project Manager the successful candidate will primarily be responsible for dealing with all our internal operational functions and procedures to ensure that our business runs smoothly, and staff feel adequately supported and equipped when using the various types of technology which are in place. Working closely with our ‘in house’ Marketing team, the Group Project Co-ordinator will consult with all third-party software providers whose products we have integrated into our business. The role is varied, diverse, challenging and rewarding and a summary of some but not all the of specific functions they would undertake are shown below. Consulting with representatives of Integrated Interest, our E-Commerce platform provider to ensure consistent performance of the product, reviewing potential enhancements and collaborating with the company concerned to implement any which are deemed beneficial to our business. Monitoring and maintaining performance of our internal software platform Reapit which our staff use on a daily basis. Reviewing potential upgrades and working with the Group Project Manager and other internal stakeholders to implement these effectively. Managing our DocuSign account to ensure that it performs as required, liaising with their Account Manager to review performance and any potential enhancements. Co-ordinating the effective onboarding of new employees from a technology perspective. Making sure all equipment and related software is in place and fully operational for them to use from their first day of employment. Monitoring performance of 8 x 8, our internal telephone system and implementing any changes required in consultation with the provider. Involvement in our internal reporting platform, reviewing its functionality in line with the needs of the business and assisting with the implementation of any upgrades as and when considered appropriate. Periodically liaising with all Account Managers working for third-party providers to either help resolve operational issues, review overall performance of the product and discuss/help implement any enhancements considered appropriate. Working closely with both our Group Resources and Marketing teams across a wide spectrum of projects, including the ongoing management and support of our website and HR functions. Be involved in the ongoing development and maintenance of internal online training guides and staff appraisal documents used by all our personnel. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED Professional, analytical, methodical, personable, and confident. A basic grasp of general IT. Working experience within a project-management environment. Decent knowledge of the basic functionality of websites, software systems, and e-marketing platforms. An effective problem solver with a practical and logical approach. The ability to confidently engage with Account Managers of third-party providers. Strong enough in character to push others, where required, to get things done. The ability to prioritise a busy workload effectively to ensure we meet specified deadlines. Forward thinking, especially in terms of IT based solutions and Apps. Preferably experience working within the property sector, but this is not an essential requirement. LOCATION Initially the role will be based at our Head Office just outside of Chelmsford in Essex. Once the successful candidate has passed their initial probationary period successfully there will be the opportunity to then work between the office and home on a hybrid basis. On rare occasions, there will be some requirements to travel to other branches within our network spread across Essex or to visit suppliers further afield. HOURS OF WORK Standard hours will be 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday, but due to the nature and responsibilities linked to this position, there will be occasions where the successful candidate may be required to work longer, but only as and when unavoidable. SALARY & BENEFITS An annual basic salary of £25,000p/a -£27,000p/a, depending on relevant experience. Quarterly performance bonuses. Structured year-end profit share bonus.
