The role involves delivering offshore emergency response and health & safety training courses to the highest standard. This includes theoretical and practical training in areas such as firefighting, rescue at height, and confined space rescue. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training to a large number of delegates, assessing their competence, and ensuring their safety during potentially dangerous exercises. They will also be required to maintain equipment and facilities, set up training exercises, and undergo personal development to increase their trade knowledge and skill set. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience as an operational firefighter, instructional experience in a health and safety related environment, and excellent communication skills. They will also be proficient in office IT systems, have a driving licence, and demonstrate a clear commitment to providing first class customer care.
