Amount depends on occupancy on the day of inspection CQC Registration Bonus - £1,000 is paid on your successful registration with CQC Holiday - 33 Days including Bank Holidays On-call - We believe in all our team having quality time off with no interruptions from work. Therefore we have put an on-call in place that ensures that our home managers are never on-call at weekends. The home, although purpose-built, has been made very homely, and has a selection of garden areas, in line with Jasmine's values and ethos. The home provides personal, nursing and dementia care to 49 residents. Competencies for Home Manager: Leadership & Motivational skills Team player Oral and written communication skills Time management with ability to meet deadlines Strong work ethic Positive and can-do attitude Fun to work with Ambassadorship Day to Day Responsibilities for Home Manager: To achieve Jasmine's Mission and Aims in the home you manage by: Doing everything you can to develop, motivate, and improve the wellbeing of your team Ensuring all your residents are provided with the highest standards of care and your home is fully compliant; and Ensuring your home is full at all times Whilst always prioritising the above, the job holder must also ensure their home's profitability, in order to maximise the money available to reinvest in improving their home, Jasmine's other homes, and for Jasmine to purchase additional under-performing homes, as part of its mission to improve elderly care Essential Requirements for Home Manager : Minimum of three years' experience as a Deputy Manager of a residential / nursing home NVQ 3 in Care or equivalent and willing to study for NVQ 5 and/or NVQ 7 (or a registered nurse) Full Driving Licence Computer literacy (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents) Must live 20 miles of Care Home and / or within 30minutes drive per google maps Preferred Requirements for Home Manager: Three years' experience as a Manager of a residential / nursing home NVQ 5 and/or NVQ 7 A little about Jasmine Healthcare: By prioritising our people, our mission is to provide the highest standards of care to as many elderly residents as possible.
