Qualifications
* Undergraduate Degree in Nursing or Paramedic Science.
* Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Clinical Practice, with Digital Badge/RCN Credentials (or willingness to work towards).
* Postgraduate Masters Degree in Advanced Clinical Practice.
* Clinical supervision training and experience.
* Maintain UK Registrations (NMC / Allied Health Professional / Independent Non-Medical Prescriber).
* Community nursing specialist qualification.
* Urgent Care experience.
* Long Term Conditions experience.
Experience
* Relevant clinical experience post-registration.
* Recent secondary care, primary care, or community experience.
* Management of minor illness, minor ailments, and injuries.
* Clinical triage experience.
* Compiling procedures and clinical guidelines.
* Leadership in quality initiatives, such as clinical benchmarking.
* Leading a team.
* Audit and research experience.
* Project management experience.
* Working with community development initiatives.
* Health needs assessment experience.
