Salary: Please state your expectations within your application Contract: Full Time, 37.5 hours a week Location: The City Ground, Nottingham, NG2 5FJ Working Arrangements: On site Closing Date: 15th November 2024 As Editorial Executive you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of highly engaging, on-trend content across Nottingham Forest’s website, app and other publications with a primary focus on driving growth and exemplary coverage of Nottingham Forest’s first team, academy and women’s sides. Working closely with the club’s wider content team you’ll be required to ideate, plan, and publish content, continually challenging yourself in our content delivery with high levels of creativity and innovation. Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Enhance existing and develop new editorial content to broaden the offering for a global fanbase on the club’s website and app Work with the wider content team to ensure all content on the club’s website and app maintains a consistent in-house style and tone of voice which aligns with the club’s communication and content strategy Conduct interviews with various persona suitable for website and app Support the Senior Editorial Manager in producing exemplary short-form and long-form written coverage of Nottingham Forest’s first team, academy and women’s sides Day-to-management of producing the club’s matchday programme from ideation through to delivery for each first team home match day Work with the club’s Senior Editorial Manager and website provider to ensure the club’s website and app is up-to-date and is easily accessible for a global fanbase Work with marketing and commercial teams to ensure key information is maintained and updated on a regular basis Skills, Experience and Knowledge: 2 years in an editorial role, preferably in sport or live events A passion for football and writing Able and willing to travel for matches and work weekends and evenings Able to work independently where needed Incredible attention-to-detail Able to work to tight deadlines and under pressure Our Commitment to Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Nottingham Forest Football Club is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all suitably qualified persons, regardless of age, disability, gender, gender reassignment, marital / civil partnership status, pregnancy / maternity leave, race, religion/belief, sexual orientation, or any other legally protected characteristic.
