Are you looking for an exciting and varied role that combines fleet management with procurement coordination? We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet & Procurement Coordinator to support our Fleet & Plant Procurement Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of our fleet. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our vehicles and drivers meet all legal and company standards by liaising with approved suppliers, site managers, and providing support with any fleet-related queries.
In addition to fleet responsibilities, you'll be a key part of our wider Procurement Team, assisting with supplier onboarding, placing orders, and supporting sourcing activities. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service, as you'll also be maintaining our procurement and fleet SharePoint site, ensuring seamless communication across the business.

A typical day in the life as a Fleet and Procurement Coordinator:
* Provide robust fleet and driver management by building relationships across the business, ensuring fleet planning supports core strategies such as sustainability and health and safety.
* Act as a key contact for fleet matters, managing the purchase, hire, and onboarding/offboarding of vehicles.
* Ensure vehicle compliance by liaising with the fleet management supplier and site managers to meet legal and company standards, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring MOTs and tires are up to date.
* Work with HR and fleet management to ensure all drivers meet legal requirements, including valid licenses and mandatory training.
* Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, resolving issues and ensuring smooth coordination with internal customers and external partners.
* Utilize SAP and other systems to manage fleet-related tasks, ensuring accurate data and providing reports, as well as raising purchase orders (POs) for the procurement team.
* Monitor and respond to fleet-related emails in a timely manner to support all fleet activities and track supplier performance.
* Support procurement operations by placing orders, assembling tender documents, and maintaining procurement templates and the SharePoint site for easy access and use by the business.
