Key Responsibilities:
* Full line management responsibility for the Central region to lead, motivate and develop a team of Technicians to provide a consistent quality service and encourage individual accountability for customer satisfaction.
* Provide support to the Operations and Area Sales Manager in managing other regional teams.
* Carry out regular 1:1s and performance reviews with the central technicians to identify training needs and set objectives.
* Support the setup of new farms that come on to our technician service, ensuring that all data is accurately reported.
* To build effective relationships with customers to deliver a service that meets their breeding requirements
* Continuously develop and improve the working practices of both you and your technician team
* Responsible for issuing and maintaining company issued clothing and equipment to all technicians in the UK and Northern Ireland.
* Within the role you will be expected to ensure that all health and safety and welfare responsibilities are fulfilled of both the role holder and the team (to include visitors and contractors)

* Have a full UK driving license
* Based within 30 miles of Cheshire.
* Desired Skills:
* Knowledge of the UK Agricultural Industry would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
Additional Information:
The technician team work a 365-rota starting 6am onwards and therefore a requirement for you to be flexible and contactable out of core hours may be required.
In addition, your role may require you to stay away from home from time to time to attend meetings and events.
