This client offers bespoke installation maintenance and monitoring security systems for perimeter and asset protection.
We are looking for a driven business development manager with strong sales experience who can drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, developing client relationships, and meeting sales targets for a range of security products and services.
The Sales Executive will focus on expanding the company's market presence within the UK and ensuring that our security solutions meet the needs of clients.
Industrial and commercial B2B sales experience is essential, and experience with CCTV/Site exposure is essential.
What does the package look like:
1. Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm
2. £40,000 – £50,000 base salary DOE
3. Phone, laptop, and company car
4. Bonus structure
5. 20 days holiday excluding bank holidays, rising to 22 days after 2 years and to 25 days after 5 years

Responsibilities:
1. Identify and research potential clients within the designated territory.
2. Prepare client reports.
3. Participate and attend client meetings.
4. Allocate with onsite engineers and manage through to completion.
5. Proactively manage own workload and prioritise action where required. Ability to multitask and prioritise is essential for this role.
6. To be able to work independently without instruction.
7. Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and client visits to generate new business within the UK (Mainly Local).
8. Understand client needs and provide appropriate security solutions and products.
9. Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Sales & Commercial Awareness: Act as a commercial ambassador, advocating for the company’s quality security solutions and helping to grow business opportunities.
2. Naturally KPI and commission driven.
3. Industry Experience: Previous exposure with the Security Sales field is essential.
4. Technical building knowledge: Knowledge of small building works and understanding of security installation invoicing will be advantageous.
5. Ability to estimate & quote both financial costs and expected installation time frames.
6. Organisation skills: Excellent prioritisation and multitasking skills, with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to liaise with clients, our workforce, and where necessary sub-contractors.
8. Software proficiency: Experience in CRM systems, MS office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and ability to adapt to other software design systems.
9. Willingness to travel: Ideally, you will be keen to promote the business and travel within the UK to meet with clients.
