There is an exciting opportunity to apply for a full-time, permanent Health Care Assistant post within the inpatient Mental Health ward in Mid-Argyll Community Hospital & Integrated Care Centre.
You will be required to work as part of the multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate person-centred care.
You must be flexible and able to work variable shift patterns to meet the needs of the service.
You should be enthusiastic, creative, and hold excellent interpersonal skills which will enhance our existing team.
Previous experience of working within mental health would be desirable but not essential.
A degree of flexibility is expected to meet the needs of the service throughout Mental Health within Argyll and Bute.
Candidates must be self-motivated and possess excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as individually is essential.
