We are currently looking for a skilled Multi Trade Operative (any trade specialisms considered as long as multi skilled) to join our ever growing and successful Nottingham Response Maintenance Business, covering Halifax.
You will specialise in reactive repairs and void (empty properties) refurbishment workstreams for our reputable Social Housing clients, working within residential properties based throughout the Halifax and West Yorkshire areas.

The Multi Trade Operative role:
Undertaking multi trade work including jobs such as plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair works in a domestic setting, utilising fault finding and problem-solving capabilities.
Attending to reactive, emergency, and routine repairs as well as planned refurbishment jobs (within void properties) on occasions too
Typical repairs can include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repair work.
Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment, in occupied and vacant properties.
What will you bring as a Multi Trade Operative?
Qualified to 2 level or equivalent to demonstrate the level of skills required to be successful in the role. All level 2 trade qualifications are welcomed (eg. Carpentry, Plumbing or other, considered)
Domestic / social housing experience would be beneficial as would experience working in a (responsive/ planned) environment
Strong customer facing skills are essential, as you often be the face of the business from our customers perspective
A full UK Driving License is essential for this role.
