Administrator THE ROLE The post holder will support our busy Lender Finance / Bridging Team and provide administrative support to fee earners and paralegals as more particularly described below. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Answering and fielding client calls Dealing with daily incoming post Copying and scanning as needed Providing quotes to clients via phone and e-mail Opening new files and liaising with clients for initial requirements Companies house registering charges on company borrowers Dealing with Land Registry applications and requisitions Sending out completed registrations Basic accounts reconciliation Archiving matters KEY SKILLS Excellent client care and customer service skills are required Previous administrative support experience required Proficiency in MS Word and Excel Professional attitude Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be proactive when needed Ability to thrive in an extremely fast-paced working environment This is a full-time permanent position in one of our Thame offices, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.30pm.
