Join our Gas Service team, where we support international customers in solving their problems and improving their processes using the latest technology and methods. We embrace flexible ways of working to support our project teams in quality assurance and quality control.
As a Quality Manager in Project (QMiP), you will partner with the project manager to plan, monitor, and report on quality assurance and quality control activities. You will be a core member of the project team, led by the project manager.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1. Analyse quality requirements and international laws and standards during the sales & bid phase, ensuring our projects meet exceptionally high standards.
2. Calculate the effort for quality-related activities within the project, ensuring all actions are streamlined and efficient.
3. Assist project management in preparing project agreements, setting flawless quality targets, and conducting comprehensive risk analyses for new product development.
4. Support project managers in preventing quality issues, ensuring customer integration, establishing world-class quality standards, and managing suppliers.
5. Build and monitor the Project Quality Plan (according to ISO 10005) including the Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), ensuring strict adherence to quality protocols.
6. Lead quality defect/fault investigations, defining countermeasures, and supporting the information loop for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
1. A degree or equivalent experience in engineering, or several years of professional experience in the engineering industry, with proven training in Quality Management.
2. Professional experience in project management and/or quality management of large-scale industrial plants, offshore, or marine projects.
3. Hands-on involvement in a practical, technically advanced setting (e.g., infrastructure sectors like energy or transportation, mechanical or plant engineering).
4. Business proficiency in English; other languages are advantageous.
5. A collaborative spirit, enjoying working within teams, across departments, and with external partners to achieve common goals.
