We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Administrator to join our client’s team on a temporary basis to support them through a new system change. This role is perfect for someone with strong data entry skills who thrives in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities of this Data Entry Administrator role:
* Accurately input and update data into the new system.
* Ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the transition period.
* Perform routine checks to verify the accuracy of entered information.
* Answer incoming calls, assisting with general inquiries or redirecting to the relevant departments.
* Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
* Follow instructions and procedures for system changeover efficiently and accurately.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Required Skills & Experience for this Data Entry Administrator role:
* Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to handle incoming calls and manage general inquiries professionally.
Details for this Data Entry Administrator role:
Location: ST3 Area, Stoke on Trent
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM or 8:30 AM start, 8 hours per day
