Senior Manager, Clinical Services
(Permanent Full-time 35 hours per week)
(Non-Bargaining Unit Position)
The Senior Manager of Clinical Services is responsible for setting the direction and service delivery for YouthLink’s core clinical services; Individual, Family and Group Therapy. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services and Live-In Treatment, this role provides leadership to YouthLink in service of the mission. The position manages and supervises all clinical outpatient core services at YouthLink, including What’s Up Walk In, Brief Therapy, Short Term Treatment for families, Ongoing Therapy, Family Therapy and Group Therapy.
Highlights of Your Role:
1. Leads the delivery of outpatient children’s mental health core services to youth from 0-24 and their families.
2. Develops, fosters and evolves the Clinical Teams vision, philosophy and objectives.
3. Provides leadership of clinical team meetings, clinical rounds and group supervision.
4. Establishes and maintains a coherent multidisciplinary team of clinicians.
5. Provides best practice Clinical and Administrative Supervision to direct reports.
6. Manages and reviews the bi-annual file audit process for the clinical team.
7. Provides performance evaluations of direct reports.
8. Ensures the collection of statistical, research and program evaluation information regarding the Clinical Team.
Required Qualifications:
1. Master’s degree in a psychotherapy related field.
2. Licensure/registration in a regulated health college which permits the delivery of the controlled Act of Psychotherapy.
3. Clinical Supervisory Designation specific to providing the controlled act of psychotherapy.
4. Three or more years providing Individual Psychotherapy and Family Therapy.
5. Three or more years providing Clinical Supervision to Psychotherapists and Family Therapists.
