Sims Hilditch is looking for a highly organised, proactive and ambitious Junior Marketing & New Business Manager to drive our brand presence and client engagement. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced marketing professional eager to step up and take ownership of marketing initiatives in the luxury interiors industry.
This pivotal role involves curating and managing the creative output for the business, including content creation, copywriting, social media, branded content, and paid marketing. You will play a key role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy, working closely with our external PR agency and third parties to drive brand opportunities and presence.
As the go-to for marketing and new business within the company, you’ll have exceptional communication skills and take a proactive and data-driven approach, diving headfirst into opportunities.
You’ll be the first port of call for inbound client enquiries, managing client databases and ensuring seamless communication across the business; being a Sims Hilditch brand ambassador.
This role requires at least three days a week in our studio. We are based in the Cotswolds, north of Bath, so a driving license and personal transport are essential.
Experience & Qualifications
Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Head of Client & Partner Relations, your responsibilities will include:
* Owning and maintaining the marketing calendar to ensure consistent, strategic marketing efforts throughout the year.
* Curating written and visual content across all marketing channels, including social media, website, client-facing materials, email campaigns, PR, and paid marketing.
* Leading social media; developing strategy, and posting and managing content to grow our online presence, and supporting audiences through community management.
* Managing and coordinating project photoshoots, collaborative content, and branded content creation.
* Managing our PR by working closely with our external PR agency to maximise media opportunities and brand positioning.
* Taking charge of marketing requests and opportunities, ensuring smooth operations and proactive problem-solving within the department.
* Developing and executing brand collaborations and partnerships, promoting them through events, content and PR.
* Producing regular reports on new business & marketing expenditure, social media performance, and website analytics. Supporting external agencies in the delivery of reporting.
* Managing and executing events in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Head of Client & Partner Relations.
* Handle inbound client enquiries, briefing the team and agreeing next steps.
* Management of the CRM system keeping it up-to-date with new company contacts, client leads and opportunities and converting projects once won.
* Assisting with new business admin as required.
* 4+ years experience in marketing, ideally in the luxury or interiors industry
* A strong self-starter with a track record of curating engaging content and managing marketing initiatives independently.
* Proficiency in copywriting and SEO best practices.
* Demonstrated success in cross-channel marketing campaigns that drive engaging and brand growth
* Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (experience with Klaviyo and Synergist is a plus)

* Strong communication skills to articulate brand messaging effectively.
* Proactive and independent, with excellent time management skills.
* Experience or familiarity with UHNW audiences and the luxury service industry is highly desirable.
