About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Planning Coordinator to work on our Welsh Water Network Alliance contract based in Clydach.
As the Planning Coordinator, you will be part of our Planning Team responsible for the receipt and delivery of all Noticing tasks. In line with contract performance, you will liaise with Planning, Operations, and the client to support coordination with our local Highways Authorities. You will need to ensure that applications for road closures and temporary traffic lights are accurate and served in a timely manner. You will be required to complete any administrative tasks to support the team with maintaining compliance. You will deal with customer enquiries and complaints ensuring they are dealt with in a positive and helpful way.
The Key Requirements
1. Do you have previous administration experience?
2. Do you have knowledge of NRSWA? This is desirable but not essential.
3. Have you gained excellent IT skills, such as SAP Production, F0CUS, FYLD, or a willingness to learn new systems?
4. Are you a results-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills?
5. Can you remain calm in challenging situations?
6. Once fully trained, you will be required to work 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
