Our client, a well-established medical equipment supplier, is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Sales Director to join their growing team in Burgess Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in the smooth running of the sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organise diaries for the two Sales Managers, including management of emails, voice notes, and Teams meetings.
Update CRM systems with details from sales meetings and other information.
Make warm outbound calls to businesses to follow up on quotes
Set up appointments for Sales Managers.
Pass feedback from outbound calls to sales teams to support business goals.
Create and upload PowerPoint presentations with key figures and information for the sales team.
Coordinate and organize meetings, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain databases and records to ensure smooth communication across the sales department.
About You:
Confident and comfortable making proactive outbound calls.
Bubbly, personable, and thrives in a team-focused environment.
Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
Previous experience in diary management and CRM systems is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
What's On Offer:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
Competitive salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (DOE).
