As Spa Receptionist, you will be responsible for coordinating all spa bookings, and enquiries to provide the highest levels of service to our discerning guests. You will promote the spa to maximise profitability, assist in all operational procedures and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our spa and treatments. You will set incredibly high standards in professionalism, appearance and attitude at all times, as the first face our spa guests see. You must have experience in a similar environment with the knowledge and confidence to deliver the role described below combined with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Main duties and responsibilities Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner. Be a primary source of information about the Spa and the Hotel to all guests. Check-in all guests visiting the Spa for either a treatment, spa day or spa break. Ensure communication between the guests and the spa therapists is maintained, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. Perform reception duties, including taking bookings, processing payments, and dealing with any enquiries. Manage the spa diary, ensuring that timings are maintained, and co-ordinated between the guests and spa therapists. Escort guests to and from treatment rooms, checking with guests to ensure guest comfort and safety throughout service. Ensure that guests are fully informed of the spa and hotel facilities, providing information or guidance where necessary. Receive direct feedback from the guests following their treatments, ensuring the comments are forwarded directly to the Spa Manager. Support the Spa Manager in selling and up selling of retail products, spa treatments and packages. Be actively involved in general cleaning of spa lobby, rooms and changing room areas.
