Our client, a thriving, family-owned business with a loyal customer base and a great reputation is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Retail Manager to support our retail operations. This is not your typical retail role - it’s hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone with a passion customer service, and teamwork. What You’ll Be Doing: Engaging with customers, sharing product knowledge, and conducting tastings Assisting with stock control, including lifting and moving cases. Handling phone calls, emails, customer orders, and general admin tasks Supporting sales and day-to-day retail operations, including opening, closing, and cash handling Helping with events and tours, ensuring a great customer experience Assisting with social media content and customer engagement Working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends What We’re Looking For: Previous retail experience, ideally in a brewery or drinks-related setting Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to lift up to 25kg safely Good organisational and multitasking skills Familiarity with social media and content creation Availability to work evenings and weekends Clockwork Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
