Allstaff Marketing Division are working with our well established client in the manufacturing industry in Renfrewshire to recruit for the position of Digital Marketing Manager. Candidates should have extensive digital marketing experience with particular focus on PPC, paid social and SEO. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational and project management skills and will be confident leading strategies and managing budgets. This role would suit an experienced manager ready to take their next challenge.
Responsibilities:
* Developing and executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns which align with our trading calendar and business objectives.
* Forecast KPI’s and manage budget effectively.
* Ensure that all active campaigns are monitored regularly to ensure maximum performance and return on spend.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with our brand and marketing teams to liaise on content briefs and requirements, ensuring our required content is delivered in a timely manner.
* Reporting on performance metrics, delivering recommendations and actionable insights. Strong analytical skillset to make data driven decisions.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as Digital Marketing Manager or similar/equivalent role.
* Extensive experience with Google Ads.
* Extensive experience with Meta Ads Manager.
* Experience with YouTube advertising.
* Experience with TikTok advertising.
* Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and optimisation strategies.
* Proven track record of managing budgets and devising strategy across paid media channels.
* Proficiency in MS Excel essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Agile team player with a proactive approach, capable of effective time management.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred but not essential.
* Experience with Microsoft Bing Ads.
* Experience with Amazon Ads.
* Affiliate marketing experience.
* CRM experience.
* Ability to compose compelling marketing copy.
* Image and video editing skills would be a bonus.
Hours are Monday to Friday, either 7.30 am to 4 pm, 9 am to 5 pm or 9.30 pm to 6 pm. Friday is always a 4 pm finish.
Candidates must be able to drive due to the location.
