***Advert may close early if sufficient number of applications is reached.*** An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated and enthusiastic registered nurses to join the Endoscopy and Bowel Cancer Services Department within the trust. Endoscopy experience is preferred but not essential.
This is a fixed-term post vacancy.
North Tees and Hartlepool Endoscopy units are recognized for providing both high-quality care to our patients and exceptional learning opportunities for all members of the team.
The successful applicant will work within a multidisciplinary team and across clinical boundaries in support of patient care. Good communication is essential as you will be expected to communicate effectively with patients, their relatives and carers, and other professionals working in the trust.
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will work in all areas of the department, which includes admitting, recovery, and discharge of patients, working in the procedure rooms, and participating in 24-hour emergency on-call at both the North Tees and the Hartlepool site.
Successful candidates can expect full training and support in developing the skills required.
