Hybrid Working Arrangement
Our Local Authority client is seeking a Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their team for an initial 3 month locum contract with a view for it to be ongoing.
The successful Adult Social Care Lawyer will be able to carry a caseload of:
* Deprivation of Liberty Cases
* Judicial Reviews
* Court of Protection Proceedings
* Issues relating to s29 of the Mental Health Act
This London Borough council is seeking an Adults Lawyer who can offer the following:
* A current practising certificate (Barrister, Solicitor or CILEx)
* Office attendance is usually 1-2 day per week
* Full time hours are ideally, but requests for part-time hours will also be considered
This will be a great opportunity for a determined Lawyer to develop their expertise, and take on a varied and interesting caseload.
