The Role
Responsible for managing and driving end-to-end integration across ADAS systems. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of software and system integration principles, Agile methodologies, and experience in delivering production environments.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the integration of software and systems within the ADAS domain.
• Ensure end-to-end integration processes, architecture, and procedures are established and followed.
• Diagnose and resolve software, system, hardware, and data interface issues.
• Support test asset interface and software development on prototype and production properties.
• Conduct regular audits of deliverable functions and configuration items for compatibility and integration quality.
• Develop and support calibration, configuration, and variant management strategies.
• Prepare and execute comprehensive test integration plans, quality assurance plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Plan, facilitate, and conduct software and system testing, including regression and ad-hoc testing.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering managers to provide leadership and direction to Agile scrum teams.
Your Profile
Key skills/knowledge/experience:
• Technical expertise and experience of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) features, including sensors, compute, and actuators
• Extensive experience in vehicle logging using tools such as CANalyzer and Wire Shark.
• Hands-On experience of building up ADAS development vehicles including radar, camera, lidar and GPS (Global Positioning System) against a set specification
• Strong working knowledge of Agile development methodologies and software/system development processes
• Experience in software and system integration, SWDevOps, and variant/configuration management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lead and work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and leadership skills
Good to have:
• An understanding of programming languages, with a background in JAVA and JSON scripting. Knowledge of ADAS Measurement equipment.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence is helpful
