Job Description
Our financial services client is looking for a Customer Services Advisor to support the Customer Service Team. You will be the first point of contact for the bank's customers, over the telephone and through email. You will be responsible for answering customer questions, resolving issues, handling complaints, and administering Back Office tasks.
Experience Needed:
* Previous experience working as a customer advisor within Financial Services or a regulated environment
* Excellent communication skills - ability to build rapport with customers
* Able to solve problems whilst maintaining a positive attitude
* Competent in MS Office - Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
