What You'll Do: Engage with potential clients to generate new business leads and grow our customer base. Reconnect with lapsed accounts to reignite relationships and explore new opportunities. Manage and nurture a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is high. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the construction industry. Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM system Generate New Business : Proactively generate new business leads through structured, outbound sales calls and planned follow-ups. Customer Outreach : Make regular sales calls to existing customers based on an agreed call plan, setting specific objectives for each interaction and following Customer Management Plans. Relationship Building : Identify and develop strong relationships with key prospects and decision-makers within existing customer accounts What We're Looking For: Strong communication skills with a persuasive telephone manner. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for generating new business. Ability to build rapport quickly and foster long-term client relationships.
