We’re a lively, dynamic team dedicated to achieving great results whilst having fun. We’re on the hunt for a Corporate Sales Support superstar to help keep our sales operations smooth and efficient.
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:30pm.
What will you be doing?
* Daily Admin Tasks: Assist with all the daily admin tasks and sales documentation.
* Paperwork Pro: Prepare and process sales documents, quotes, and contracts.
* Record Keeper: Keep accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
* Client Champion: Be the go-to person for our corporate clients, resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
* Support Star: Provide professional, knowledgeable support to ensure our customers are always happy.
* System Guru: Manage system updates and book customer demonstrations.
* Delivery Arranger: Organise corporate deliveries and build strong relationships with manufacturers.
* Vehicle Manager: Order and locate vehicles, complete relevant paperwork, and manage vehicle deal files.
* Debt Tracker: Keep an eye on vehicle debtors and provide weekly customer updates.
* Team Player: Embody the Vines Values, support all team members and contribute to achieving team goals.
