Construction Manager Location: Manchester Contract: 6 Months with possible extension Rate : GBP £400 - £450 / day UMB IR35 Determination: Inside Our major rail client is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee Civil rail works across the North West. They will be responsible for managing the project Construction deliverables from resources, sub-contractors and suppliers to the agreed time, cost and quality. They will also be supporting the Civils CRE for CRE and IDC related matters, and ensure that the project is under site compliance and Construction process UKI-RI-CN-PR003. Experience Strong Signalling Engineering in a business capacity Strong Communication skills Stakeholder experience Key Accountabilities and objectives To provide support to the Civil contractor on construction related activities Oversee site compliance and construction process UKI-RI-CN-PR003 Carry out safety audits and briefings to contactors and engineers. Checking and authorizing time sheets to the right allocated time served Ensure all Plant, tools and equipment used for works are maintained, certified and safe prior for works.
