To meet and greet visitors to the department Ensure information from the waiting list proforma is entered in to the Care Records System Book patients on the Waiting lists in order of clinical priority and chronological order Contact the patients via phone as necessary Identify when lists are over/ under booked to Macmillan Senior Sister Prepare and communicate final lists to all Clinical area Monitor and review planned lists. Book patients in advance for pre chemo assessment Please refer to the attached Job Description for further details.
